Britannic: Patroness of the Mediterranean

Our virtual museum experience allows the user to explore Britannic at their own pace, and discover details about the ship's story, architecture, and contributions to the First World War. This is primarily a learning environment, packed with history.

Britannic Patroness 2

Step aboard the HMHS Britannic, the third ship in the Olympic-class trio!

Like her older sister Titanic, Britannic was cheated of a promising career by the tides of fate during World War One. Until the release of our virtual museum experience, no one had ever properly recreated the ship before, and no one had ever seen her in living color in her guise as a hospital ship since she sailed the Mediterranean.

HISTORY COMES TO LIFE…

Not just a game: actual history recreated as never before.

Video games are a dime a dozen. But this is called a “virtual museum experience” for a reason. Our team not only recreated Britannic as never before, doing extensive research into both her actual and her intended configurations. We then worked with historians to recreate a new timeline of how the legendary liner sank.

Through Britannic: Patroness of the Mediterranean, which was developed in partnership with Vintage Digital Revival, you can learn and teach actual history.
